    We’re hiring! As our program continues to grow, we are looking for 1 office manager to join our team and 10 fellows to work with us and our companies.

    Have you ever wanted to work with energy startups? In August 2014, we are looking forward to opening an energy innovation space in downtown Honolulu. The 2,000 sq. ft. space will be home to the Energy Excelerator team and its portfolio companies. With the big move, comes exciting new initiatives, so we are looking for a creative, passionate, detail-oriented individual to help us manage our office: , apply until June 27.

    Maybe you don’t have the desire to work with 20+ startups, but would rather dedicate your energy toward the success of one of them. We are also looking for 10 higher education students and recent graduates in a variety of fields to work with us and our portfolio companies. Our friends at R.I.S.E. (Kupu) are helping us select and mentor our fellows for their 6-month to year-long positions:, apply until June 30.

    The Energy Excelerator team

    The Energy Excelerator is a startup program dedicated to solving the world’s energy problems starting in Hawaii. We help innovative companies succeed in Hawaii and the Asia-Pacific region with funding, strategic relationships, and a vibrant ecosystem.

    Our program is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Office of Naval Research and operates as a project of the Pacific International Center for High Technology Research.

    • Experience introducing new product and service offerings, and developing corresponding value propositions is strongly preferred
    • Experience selling in the energy and/or construction industry is preferred

    • Former Military Service a plus
